At the. J. ROSCHKE
JET STEAM LABORATORY
Years ago I was given a duplicate of this doc, prepared in handwriting, a while in the early on 1960's. Some know the creator, E. T. Roschke. I have found it to get such a handy reference that we decided to offer an electronic version prepared. Just lately, I talked with Doctor Roschke, today retired from the Jet Propulsion Laboratory to learn of the document's origin. In the early 1950's a group of analysis engineers, mainly having experience in mechanised engineering, had been engaged in the brand new field of electric propulsion. They experienced practical annoyances with all the mingling of units by mechanical engineering, electrical architectural and physics. That situation motivated Doctor Roschke to put together this material. Though I have cautiously checked the values offered here, it is very possible that several typographical errors remain. I will appreciate learning any modifications that should be built. F. Electronic. C. Culick
